Our on-site organizational systems involve basic lean principles, safety procedures, and sound environmental decisions that all other processes can then be built upon. When the workplace is organized and streamlined, performance and safety will increase, while site and staff exposures will decrease.

With our experienced consulting specialists, your teams will complete a multi-step process that ties in environmental, safety, and transportation compliance into the normal 5S process of:

  • Sort
  • Shine
  • Straighten
  • Standardize
  • Sustain

In addition to the 5S organizational system, there can also be a 6th S (Safety) and 7th S (Sound environmentally). The organizational process works in any environment: educational institution, campus facilities, municipal and administrative offices, warehouses and storage facilities, and more. Typically, our workplace organizational systems takes three to five days to initially implement in any particular area.

The process of 5S is not just about visuals, workflow, and space management in your main working areas; incoming and outgoing locations should also be incorporated.

After we complete the workplace organizational system, everything will have a home and be labeled. This process creates agreement between personnel on where things should be located and ensures each area is prepared for work.
