Continuous Improvement Consortium for Small Business Launches in Wisconsin

(De Pere, Wisconsin) Optima Associates ( 1861 Nimitz Drive, De Pere, Wisc.) is launching a new Continuous Improvement Consortiums for Small Business throughout Wisconsin. The Consortiums will consist of 10-12 small businesses that come together with a commitment to attaining World Class performance through people and process improvement.
Optima will hold an upcoming free informational session to introduce small businesses to the benefits of Consortium membership. This session is scheduled for Wednesday, November 10th from 10 am until 12 pm. with lunch to be provided after session in De Pere at Optima Associates' Learning Center, 1861 Nimitz Drive, De Pere, Wisconsin.
Attendees of this Continuous Improvement Consortium for Small Business informational session will hear the key benefits and values of belonging to a Consortium, the company requirements, and their return on their investment by becoming a member.
