Central Alliance Event – Novolex, Shields

Event Description

Novolex, Shields is excited to host the May CI Alliance event and have members tour their production plant and recycling facility. The organization has undergone transition in several key leadership positions and is coming together with a fresh start on their journey to operational excellence. This event will include tours and a presentation about the company and its NOES process. We would also like have a problem solving session to get member input on a couple issues that may be challenging your organization as well.
