Tomahawk Manufacturing was formed to meet the demands and the growing needs of the food forming industry. The company has two locations in Wisconsin: Plymouth and Hartland. Tomahawk wants to be recognized worldwide as the premier producer of the most technologically advanced products in the food forming industry. To achieve this goal, Tomahawk will contribute to the success of all customers by providing the most value through their products and elevating the standards of the industry. Excellence and innovation will be achieved without sacrificing integrity, honesty and respect for others whether customers, business employees, or fellow employees.
Brooke Lueck and Kody Phephles will share Tomahawk’s CI journey as well as seek feedback from peers. Kody is leading an effort to redesign the CNC shop in Hartland. Alliance members will be shown the current state of the Hartland shop and asked to provide thoughts and suggestions on the proposed layout, change management, and sustaining 5S efforts after the shop transformation.
