Top management must lead by example. They must go to the workplace to see the day-to-day, hour-by-hour problems and challenges and give people not the answers, but the time.
Leaders must learn to inspire the curiosity and commitment to service guided by core values that serve both customer and company. This workshop aims to explore the essential elements of effective coaching to bring confidence and competence to change agents and leaders. We’ll examine TPS guiding principles, commanding core working knowledge combined with effective techniques of coaching and mentoring in the workplace. We’ll also feature group discussions to offer insight and coaching to coaches for practical use both on the shop floor and in administration.
The objective is to create a learning organization, and a culture that drives and lives continuous improvement daily – everybody, everywhere.
