Do you have more problems than problem solvers? Do you have a lack of coaches to develop problem solvers? Is too much time spent on firefighting, not enough time to solve problems? Then this workshop is for you. Learn how TIDI Products is creating sustainable long-term improvements without creating “work-arounds” or adding additional burden to the operators by:
- Focusing on Low Cost, Rapid Experimentation
- Developing associates’ problem-solving skills and empowering them to make daily improvements in their processes
- Developing team leads as coaches
Practice making rapid changes by identifying obstacles and using experimentation through PDCA cycles to learn the process TIDI’s frontline associates are using. Create a plan on how these concepts of engaging frontline associates in these activities may be applied within your company including identifying potential obstacles to implementation and ideas to countermeasure those obstacles.
