It’s been a target condition for years for many companies, to create and have cultures where all people come to work, work together to solve important problems that hold back performance of Safety Quality Delivery and Costs. What are the essentials to creating an atmosphere where problems are celebrated, managers are leaders and people truly work together to mutual benefit? We’ll have good look at the model of TPS and consider where our organizations stand. We’ll have discussions about how we work, how and when we measure and how we can more effectively address the gaps in performance that all supported by our approach, language, methods, documentation, responses, words and behaviors. Digging deep into the meaning of Kaizen and kaizen management along with our personal accountabilities to support daily activities and how important these are with shaping the cultural patterns that showcase people values as core to a vibrant healthy culture of continuous improvement.
