The foundation for lean thinking hinges upon the recognition of the 8 forms of waste. This workshop is designed to help your people step back from their work environment and objectively identify these wastes and see them as opportunities for improvement. This session will have classroom activities and then end the day in the production environment so that the teams can apply what they have learned.

Matt Lemke

Matt Lemke has been with Optima since 2005 and has a passion for continuous improvement and helping individuals and organizations adopt lean principles. Matt’s an excellent trainer and hands-on coach/leader.
