Pat’s presentation covers the importance of engagement communications planning, a solid employment brand, how to develop and differentiate yours, and shares examples of successful employment brands and communications plans in action. He’ll share exercises for developing simple and effective plans. He’ll also cover how to use marketing strategies to connect with current and potential employees, as well as some key tactics examples for effective engagement.

Before his 18-year career at Imaginasium, Pat served in roles on both the large corporate side as well as the consultative agency side in communications, advertising, marketing and public relations. He’s been named the Greater Green Bay Chamber’s Business Person of the Year. Pat also actively consults clients and shares best practices with groups like TEC, SHRM and American Marketing Association and Public Relations Society of America chapters.
