Free – $199

Event Description

“No goal, regardless of how small can be achieved without adequate training.” – Taiich Ohno

Creating a culture of continuous improvement will transform an organization. In order to sustain the transformation, leaders must foster the culture through communication, decision-making, and modeling.

The Optima Leadership Series will focus on using Lean leadership to train front-line supervisors to executives on how to grow their leadership skills for personal and team development.

Join us for an event that will focus on understanding the value of people and making decisions that encourage:

  • An environment where it’s ok to fail
  • A culture where employees feel valued
  • Visual management systems
  • Open and honest communication
  • Coaching for development

Angela Bergstrom – People-centric Value Proposition

Angela will explore how to expand influence and optimize relationships by adopting the intentional practice of adding value to other daily work.

Tom Groth – Mindsets & Behaviors

Tom will introduce and practice the iceberg model to identify mindsets required to drive continuous improvement behaviors and the influencer model to compel organizational change.

Christian Wolcott – One on Ones

Christian will discuss how to conduct an effective one-on-one that focuses on the employee’s morale, developmental goals, value-added feedback, coaching, and next steps.
