Projects can become a tricky quagmire to navigate, bogging you and your team down. Have no fear, because leading a project can be much more efficient and predictable if you apply Lean thinking to your project management tasks. Taking a disciplined approach to project management begins with:
- Understanding project phases
- Drafting a clear project concept
- Engaging the right people
- Increasing accountability
- Sticking to your schedule
- Utilizing visual management and Agile practices
This workshop, split into two 2-hour sessions, will focus on that foundation along with cultivating the behaviors of highly effective teams, honing the soft skills you’ll need to effectively lead a project, and review Lean methodologies that will help you along the way.
Anyone who leads any type of project (Kaizen events, plant set up, CI projects, etc.) will benefit from taking this disciplined, Lean approach to project management.
