Lean Leader Virtual Workshop
October 20-22, 27-29
This Lean Leader Virtual Workshop will cover the relationships between lean tools, organizational leadership, and organizational culture. By exploring these relationships, and practicing the skills shared each day, leaders and their organizations will be able to implement standard work, recognize waste, improve coaching, understand flow and value, and improve efficiency.
The workshop will be conducted virtually in six modules via Microsoft Teams. Each module will be two-hours long and include 90 minutes of lessons and up to 30 minutes for reviews, feedback and Q & A.
While the workshop emphasizes tools and techniques, significant time will be spent on how to think through a problem independently and with others. Ultimately, the sustainability of any organization’s continuous improvement effort must be more than tools in search of problems. It must be ingrained into the way we think and behave every day.
Participants will gain skills to lead continuous improvement with more confidence and understanding. Organizations who believe employees are their most precious asset know the importance of making a commitment to training and development. This combination of commitment and training leads to a true problem-solving culture.
