Sr. Continuous Improvement Leader
Tom’s role aims to improve Research and Engineering processes focused on Innovation, Efficiency, Quality, Productivity, and Building Talent. He is a Master Facilitator, Master Trainer and catalyst for change utilizing Lean / Six Sigma thinking and methodologies. Tom earned degrees in Computer Science and Project Management and has coached continuous improvement teams in manufacturing, back-office and knowledge workers. He has worked in Life Sciences, Clinical Drug Trials, Insurance, and Personal Care in Asia, Europe and North America.
