MDI-Managing for Daily Improvement
Managing for Daily Improvement (MDI) is designed for executive leadership deploying corporate strategy and KPIs into the management structure. This workshop aims to drive a daily focus on business performance, visibility of problems, and continuous improvement. Participants will learn how to use a tiered management framework, improve management practices, and daily continuous improvement to deploy high-level KPIs and achieve goals. Senior leadership must provide clear indicators of success, key metrics, thresholds of responsibility, accountability, and establish a process for daily management. Participants will discuss how teams will become more effective through Lean methods that instill a constant focus on waste identification and problem-solving.
