Seaway Printing will provide a facility tour and share their CI journey and the various improvement projects they have been working on over the last year. You will see their new Heidelberg Printing Press and hear about how they engage their team members using Office Vibe a survey tool. Please come prepared to share what your organization does to engage team members. We will begin at Seaway and then travel to Optima for the event as they have limited conference room space.
