Optima CI Alliance | Regional Round Table Discussions

Optima Continuous Improvement Alliance events provide members a forum to share ideas, build their personal and professional network, and see best practices at work. At our members-only regional round table events, members share the state of their continuous improvement journeys. Members from non-competing organizations share their projects, how they are finding success, as well as any challenges they may be facing.
