Meet your presenter:
Bobi Siembieda is a Founder of The Traction Group, LLC. Having either worked in, managed, serviced, or run an entrepreneurial business her entire career, she is driven by the passion to help entrepreneurs experience the four freedoms of entrepreneurship.
She is a seasoned business strategist, Expert EOS Implementer, and business execution coach. She collaborates with Business Owners and their Leadership Teams teaching them “how to fish” so that they get more of what they want from their business.
Bobi’s experience spans from working with entrepreneurial startups to multi-national Fortune 500 companies that grew up out of their entrepreneurial spirit and genius. She has also participated in a combination of startup/incubations, business sales and acquisitions playing a key role to integrate culture and process with domestic and international consideration.
Bobi spends her spare time enjoying life with her grandchildren and working with a local organization providing mentoring services to victims of domestic violence and homelessness, helping them reclaim their lives through education. She has a bachelor’s degree from DePaul University.
