We will look at the background of Lean, its previous iterations, and how this philosophy is effective in delighting customers and setting free the skills and abilities of an organization’s value-adders for an engaged culture. The entire foundation of Lean is based on keeping it simple while developing eyes for waste and eyes for flow.
