Tim has 30+ years of global business leadership experience. He served as an executive (Group President, Sector President, Segment COO) for ITW, Marmon, and Oshkosh Corp and achieved record-setting growth and profit levels in highly diverse industries such as industrial welding systems, cosmetic marketing tools, and custom fire apparatus. In the middle of his career, he led sales for a $50+ million family-owned welding, fire protection, and fastener distributor and implemented groundbreaking services such as vendor managed inventory and vending machines. While business performance was always critically important, he’s most proud of the people he has helped develop and inspire to create these and their own Uncommon Achievements.
