To Be a Servant Leader, You Must S.T.E.P into Humility

Thursday, October 3 @ 7:30 am - 10:00 am

Free – $39

Event Description

Class Description

For years, manufacturing has been branded by command and control management and it is a common belief that servant leadership does not have a place in the manufacturing sector. On the contrary, the shift toward servant leadership could be the last resort if manufacturing is to survive. At the heart of servant leadership is humility, the call to value others above self. This breakfast session will explore how we can radically transform the work environment by stirring up the virtue of humility in business and leadership so that we may grow to serve and value others above self and wealth. We’ll touch on four mindset shifts and practices that can help you you take your first S.T.E.P. (Serve, Teach, Empower, Protect) into Humility and become the servant leader that today’s workforce demands.

Come join us for an inspirational yet practical approach to being a servant leader.
