Job Relations (JR) provides a foundation or starting point in your continuous improvement program by building on the skills of leaders. The intention behind the job relations program is to understand how people interact with each other and how best to manage, mentor, or develop these people. Participants are instructed on the basics of personality profiles, the foundations of good relations, and problem resolution. Job Relations will provide the basic analytical tools to carry out continuous improvement initiatives. After attending this session, participants will be able to understand the fundamentals of Job Relations and:
- How to develop people with Job Relations
- The four step JR method for proper work content analysis
- The importance of Job Relations as the backbone of Continuous Improvement
- The importance understanding people (who, what, when, and why – understanding social interaction)
